Autumn Equinox

Yesterday I was feeling a little poorly so while the other members of the family all went off to visit my lovely sister in her new flat, Gypsie and I stayed at home.

We had planned to go out in to the garden and harvest a few onions that we have managed to grow, the remaining carrots , some tomatoes and blackberries .These plans were halted by the weather it was absolutely atrocious.Wind , rain and thunder.

Instead we stayed inside in the warm, dry, cosy kitchen and made these cute tea light jars.
