Easter

We had a lovely Easter ...

On Saturday Jasmine decorated an Easter tree with the eggs she had been blowing and decorating and also some beautifully sewn felt decorations that a friend had sent as a gift. (Thank you Cora , They are gorgeous)

 While i spent time baking some treats and hiding small gifts and chocolate bunnies in side cardboard eggs.

Sunday  morning the children woke to find a treat from the Easter bunny,

It was a bright although very cold day  and after a lovely roast lamb lunch and a nap for Eva we all headed outside for our traditional Easter egg hunt.

Charlie and the older girls made sure to keep Eva's basket nice and full. Very sweet to watch .

We thought about going for a walk but a couple of the children were still under the weather so we ate home made bread and soup for our tea and watched a film instead.
